Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can also use the chat feature on our website using your order number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@ishopunique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and/or problem no more than 3 days after your order was marked as delivered?

Address Changes

If you need to make a change to your address before it has shipped, please email orders@ishopunique.com ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request before shipping but can't make any guarantees. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Missing Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any missing packages that were marked delivered by the carrier. Please use the tracking information provided to make arrangements for your order's delivery.
