How do I participate?

Joining is easy! Just create an account or click the gift icon on the right side of the screen to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways to earn points! Just remember, you must be logged in to use the rewards.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by preforming an action or completing a task such as making a purchase, visiting our store, or sharing our social media posts. You can see a list of all the ways to earn points by selecting "Earn Points" inside the VIP rewards menu.

What can I redeem my points for?

Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. You can redeem points for discounts, free shipping and free products!

How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the  'Redeem' button after you select the reward you want. Use the promo code provided to redeem your reward on your next purchase.

How do I check my points balance?

Your up-to-date points balance is always inside the VIP Rewards menu.

Does it cost anything to sign up?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.

How long to take for points to post to my account?

Most points post to your account immediately. Points from purchases will post after your order has shipped.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire if it's been more than 180 days since your last purchase.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

Can I buy additional points?

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab. Buying points is not an option at this time.
